Whitecaps Hiking Tour

HI, I'M AIMEE.

     Welcome to Whitecaps Hiking Tour, a mock company I have created as part of a semester long project in integrated digital marketing communications. My goal is to create a successful digital campaign to gain experience for my future endeavors.

   Whitecaps Hiking Tour is inspired by my mom and her passion for hiking. My mother is Japanese and when we moved to Washington 10 years ago, she instantly fell in love with the hiking scene. She's conquered most mountains in western Washington and her calendar is full of upcoming hiking trips. I've been lucky enough to share this passion with her and have these experiences together.

   I'm a senior at Washington State University- Everett Campus, and am in the Integrated Strategic Communication program. After graduation, I plan on going to grad school for science communications. With this, I want to follow my passion for STEM fields and go into Public Relations for research centers and non-profit organizations.

   I'm a dedicated and reliable worker and have high standards for the work I produce. I've placed emphasis on trying new things when creating my work, and I believe this has helped me grow as both a student and an employee. My creative work is heavily influenced by my Japanese heritage with a modern take.
